Filtering operation and precautions:
Bag filter is simple, use only the required fineness grade bag installed in the cartridge , check the O -ring is in good condition , and then tighten the cartridge cover ring bolts, can be put to work . After the pump is started , the filter pressure gauge rises slightly , the initial pressure of about 0.05MPa or so, with the use of time, the cylinder residues gradually increased when the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, should be shut down to open the cylinder cover , check the filter machine bags leaving residue case, you can continue to use the replacement bag ( bag can be reused by washing in general ) . Filter pressure is generally adjusted in 0.1-0.3MPa more appropriate, can be adjusted by the return valve on the return line or pump , high pressure will damage the filter bag and a protective net , need extra attention.
